The AVIVA Warehouse is a car body shop and service facility in Mississauga. The project involved assessing the existing warehouse structure to accommodate new operational requirements and heavier equipment loads associated with automotive repair and storage.

Our structural engineering team conducted a detailed investigation of the existing concrete slab conditions, including load capacity analysis and on-site inspections. Based on our findings, we developed a new slab design capable of supporting the increased live and equipment loads required for the upgraded facility.

Through careful evaluation and design optimization, we ensured that the renovated warehouse meets current performance, safety, and durability standards while minimizing construction impact on the existing structure.
