Located at the seafront of Equatorial Guinea, Municipality of Bata plays a major administrative role for the people living in Bata.

The G+3 floor building is spread on a built-up area of 5,400 sqm. The project was designed in a classical style with a brick roof, and it is surrounded by a front yard that is visited by the public.

PEER has collaborated with A4 Studio d’Architecture serving as the lead architect on the project and delivered full structural design and construction administration services for the project.
