Set to rise in the heart of Dakar’s neighborhood in Senegal, Komorebi is a beautiful residential building with a striking façade imitating Komorebi’s interplay of light and leaves when sunlight filters through. 

PEER has been chosen to provide full structural design from inception to execution.  

Some of the design challenges include long cantilevers, transfer structures, and slender columns.
