Mechref 1636 is a Lebanese traditional villa located in one of the commonly known villas zones in Lebanon.

The architectural design addresses the optimum distribution of functions, areas, interior spaces, Lebanese heritage facades, circular balconies, and large backyard.

Addressing the slope stability and soil nature of the land was a key part of the engineering design process.

PEER provided full structural design and construction supervision services from inception to execution.
